CAH(223)-400HW Transformer Core Sheet Production Line

CAH(223)-400HW is an automated production line specially designed for processing large-scale transformer core sheets. It integrates shearing, punching and notching processes, capable of stably producing fully mitered joints and semi-mitered joints to meet the manufacturing requirements of high-end transformers.

Using silicon steel coil as raw material, the line precisely forms sheets to specified dimensions and shapes, and automatically completes sorting, arranging, stacking and discharging at the end, providing standardized, high-quality workpieces for subsequent core lamination and greatly improving processing accuracy and efficiency.

The line is equipped with a dual-head uncoiler, feeding mechanism and tension traction unit, together with double shears, double punching and double V-notching stations. It adopts an open channel design and central supporting mechanism to ensure stable feeding and high-precision processing. The gantry-type double-layer belt arranging system and five-column servo moving mechanism realize orderly material conveying and accurate positioning.

It adopts Siemens operating system and Siemens servo motors for stable and reliable control. Equipped with MES automatic scheduling system and automatic scrap collecting device, the production line features high automation, strong process adaptability and stable performance, making it an ideal equipment for transformer core manufacturing.
