Product introduction:
CAH(223) - 400CK is a specialized equipment for producing transformer iron cores. It is an efficient and accurate automatic laminated cutting wire for silicon steel power transformers independently developed by our company. It integrates the latest servo control technology and intelligent material handling system, enabling high-speed and stable cutting and stacking operations.
Features and advantages:
①The equipment features a central positioning system with two unwinding heads, two oblique cutting shear machines, and five punch presses, enabling simultaneous cutting operations.
②Equipped with two oblique cutting shear machines and two V-shaped punch and shear machines, all powered by servo motor control systems for precise forward, backward, left, and right movements.
③Includes three O-type punching machines controlled by linear motor systems, designed for left-right movement to optimize processing efficiency.
④The material handling system utilizes a gantry-type servo belt mechanism that automatically adjusts lifting height in response to changes in lamination thickness.
⑤The discharge unit incorporates an upward/downward lifting design with a dual-platform alternating system (one active, one standby) to ensure continuous production flow.
