1. The equipment features a central positioning system, equipped with two unwinding heads, two shearing machines, and five punch presses, enabling simultaneous cutting operations.
2. Includes two oblique shear machines powered by linear motor control systems for precise left-right movement.
3. Equipped with two V-type punch-shears and three O-type punching machines, both controlled by linear motor systems to achieve synchronized left-right positioning.
4. Stocking Device: Utilizes a sequential stocking method with a two-layer structure—the upper layer stacks two columns and the lower layer stacks three columns—to independently complete the entire transformer core lamination process.
