Basic properties:

1. Decoiler

Single head decoiler, 2 ton capacity.
Toshiba Inverter, infrared detection of automatically discharge.
Material width: 30-160mm
Tension way: Tension hydraulic cylinder
The machine body is adopt steel welded structure, the uncoiling head spindle installs in the ball bearing with curved support plate, to drive screw with rotating cylinder to achieve support plate opening and closing. The decoiler speed adopt infrared automatic detection and tracking, hydraulic drive screw tension.

5.O Punch device

1)Mainly include O punch one set, punch press agency adopt ball mill cast steel casting, and servo motor to drive.

6.Cutter device
