The project did not progress smoothly.By 2014, our product was only in the architecture design phase, with three or four different versions, and the stability and scalability of each version needed to be further improved.Moreover, the software development team was very unfamiliar with the use of technology, and after two years of effort, they were still unable to move forward and even stalled.The management of the company, as a leader, has shown extraordinary courage and decisiveness.Facing difficulties, instead of indulging in the bitterness of failure, we decisively adjusted our strategies, bravely "cutting off our arms to survive", cutting down the team that was not making progress, regrouping our strength, and introducing fresh blood.This decision, though difficult, laid a solid foundation for the rebirth of the project.The addition of the new team not only brought technological innovation and broadened horizons, but also stimulated the vitality and creativity of the team, enabling the project to regain new life.

After more than two years of unremitting efforts, the entire product development project finally ushered in the dawn, redefining the commercialization opportunity of the integrated automatic stacking and cross-cutting line in 2018!From the initial architecture design to multiple iterations of optimization, to the final product finalization and commercial promotion, every step is the result of the team's wisdom and hard work.Every transformation of the product is a profound interpretation of the word "innovation" and a vivid practice of the cycle of "making mistakes - reflecting - improving".
