Equipment Structure and Process Advantages

Structural Composition: The equipment mainly consists of an uncoiling (pay-off) unit, threading device, active guiding device, separating shaft device, slitting host, tension control console, discharge device, and finished product rewinding machine. The uncoiler adopts European design, supporting hydraulic tensioning of materials and pneumatic automatic locking and positioning. For the slitting host, the spindle system uses high-precision bearing support, and the distance between the upper and lower knife shafts is adjustable to accommodate materials of different thicknesses and widths. The rewinding device employs a tension generation system to ensure tight and neat winding of the coils.


Process Technology: The equipment adopts the internationally advanced pull-cut process (where the silicon steel sheet advances under the action of the pull roller, and the rotary blade performs passive cutting), combined with hydraulic drive and PLC control to ensure synchronized slitting and tight, neat winding of the coils. This process prevents the material from arching between the feed roller and the blade, reducing slitting burrs and issues with unilateral straightness tolerance, thereby minimizing material waste and improving material utilization. The blades are made of imported alloy steel rotary knives, featuring minimal slitting burrs, long service life, and reduced maintenance needs.
