    Equipment Structure and Process Advantages

    Structural Composition: The equipment mainly consists of an uncoiling (pay-off) unit, threading device, active guiding device, separating shaft device, slitting host, tension control console, discharge device, and finished product rewinding machine. The uncoiler adopts European design, supporting hydraulic tensioning of materials and pneumatic automatic locking and positioning.
